Principle
Suitable raw materials for wood carbonization furnaces are: machine rods, logs, boards, bark, pine cones, wood blocks, etc. All the generated flue gas will recover the combustible gas in the carbonization process, and then the generated combustible gas will undergo secondary combustion through spraying, cooling, purification and other processes.
In this way, the combustible gas produced by itself is used for self-combustion, and the principle of the horizontal carbonization furnace can achieve the effect of energy saving. The whole production process has no smoke emission and is very environmentally friendly.
Wood Carbonization Furnace Shape structure
The wood carbonization furnace is mainly composed of the main furnace, the carbonization tank, the flue gas recovery pipeline, and the flue gas purification treatment system.
1. Main furnace: It consists of heating chamber, furnace body and insulation layer.
2. Carbonization tank: a cylindrical tank composed of a tank body and a sealing cover made of high temperature resistant steel plate. Can be assembled as a whole.
3. Flue gas recovery pipeline: the flue gas generated when the carbonization tank filled with logs is heated and carbonized (dry distillation) in the main furnace enters the purification device through the pipeline for cooling and purification, and after purification (combustible gas) is sent to the combustion air carbonization. Main furnace combustion chamber.
4. The purification device is composed of a double-layer isolated U-shaped channel, the purpose is to discharge the smoke generated by the carbonization chamber and filter the tar before generating the combustible gas. The smoke produced in this way does not pollute the air at all.
