The distance between the two rolls should be between 0.4-0.7mm, and should be adjusted if it is too large or too small. If the holes of the two-roller die are not aligned, open the gear cover, loosen the six screws of the adjustment disc on the driven gear, turn it forward or reverse to adjust, and tighten the screws after adjustment.
If the distance between the two rollers is large or small, it should be adjusted on the four adjustment wires on both sides of the passive (active) shaft and the driving wheel. After everything is normal, the mechanical oil should be added to the reducer. Put the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic mercury tank. Start the pressure test, it means that the bottom of the pressure regulation is 11MPa and the high pressure is 13MPa. After everything is normal, the test machine can be turned on for production.
