(1) Host (mechanical forming)
Before starting the machine, check whether the electrical parts are normal. Check whether the die holes of the two rollers are aligned. If they are not aligned, open the gear cover, loosen the six screws on the adjustment disc on the passive gear, and rotate the passive roller forward and reverse to align the die holes of the two rollers.
Tighten the screws. The spacing of the working rolls should be kept between 0.4-0.7mm. If it is too large or too small, the passive rolls can be loosened, the bearings and the wire can be adjusted, and after the adjustment, the screws and the wire can be tightened.
After starting the production of finished products, check whether the working surfaces of the double rollers fit together. If there is an error, remove the shield on the large gear and loosen the outer ring screws of the passive roller gear to adjust.
(2) Host (Hydraulic Forming)
First check whether the electrical work is normal, and whether the steering of the mold roller and hydraulic mercury is forward. Then check whether the die holes of the two rolls are aligned. The distance between the two rolls should be between 0.4-0.7mm, and should be adjusted if it is too large or too small.
If the holes of the two-roller die are not aligned, open the gear cover, loosen the six screws of the adjustment disc on the driven gear, turn it forward or reverse to adjust, and tighten the screws after adjustment. If the distance between the two rollers is large or small, it should be adjusted on the four adjustment wires on both sides of the passive (active) shaft and the driving wheel.
After everything is normal, the mechanical oil should be added to the reducer. Put the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic mercury tank. Start the pressure test, it means that the bottom of the pressure regulation is 11MPa and the high pressure is 13MPa. After everything is normal, the test machine can be turned on for production.
