The roller briquetting machine of main motor supplies power, and the power is transmitted to the reducer through the V-belt. The reducer and the drive shaft are connected through a coupling to achieve power transmission. There is a pair of pulleys on the ball pressure, and the gears begin to rotate in opposite directions at the same speed.
The hydraulic cylinder supports the negative cylinder, hydraulic control valve pressure, hydraulic circuit and accumulator system. The quantitative equipment material in the storage bin can evenly enter the hopper of the forming machine, and the amount of material entering can be adjusted by adjusting the gate.
At the beginning of the machine operation, the cylinder pressure on the material is gradually increased from small to large.After the pressure is reached, the molding pressure is gradually reduced, so that the molded material can be separated smoothly.
