Working principle

01. Installation of the base frame

1) The equipment is placed on the constructed foundation.

(2) Placement of equipment: equipment needs to be pr-buried according to the foundation plan footing bolts (according to user requirements, also without footing bolts, but using pr-buried iron scheme):.

a. Paddle for the second time according to the position of the foundation bolt.

b、After the second padding layer has hardened, install the base frame.

3) Keep the base frame strictly level when installing it. Before installation, the corresponding position of the base frame damping pad must be polished smooth and the level of the base must be checked with a level.

(4) Keeping the level of the base can ensure the dynamic balance of the equipment, thus strongly guaranteeing the reliability of the machine.

02.Installation of transmission parts

(1) The bearings should be installed hot, and the axial position of the bearings relative to the drive shaft should be ensured when installing the drive shaft.

(2) After the drive shaft is installed, the axial run out should be checked.

(3) When installing the gland and mainframe pulley, etc., a layer of sealant must be applied to the flat contact part and the flat key.

(4) The dismantling of the mainframe pulley can be done with hydraulic devices.

03.Installation of exciter components

(1) The exciter components have three eccentric blocks, the upper and lower eccentric blocks and the sleeve correspond to the keys, the sleeve has three sets of key-ways, which can be replaced with different sets of key-ways to extend the service life of the sleeve.

(2) There are several key-ways on the outside of the sector of the three eccentric blocks. The long keys fix the middle eccentric block by the force of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, and the relative positions of the middle eccentric block and the upper and lower eccentric blocks can be changed to obtain different crushing forces when in use.

3）When loading and unloading the eccentric block, a small angle wedge can be used to open the opening of the eccentric block a little to facilitate loading and unloading.

4) To lock the eccentric block, use steel high-strength bolts and countersink the nut into the opening slot on one side. If the site can only use other high-strength bolts due to the conditions, it must ensure that the bolt does not turn 90° after sinking, otherwise a thin iron plate should be welded on either side of the nut to enable the nut to be locked by the opening slot.

(5) After tightening the nut so that the two planes of the opening are parallel, apply preload with a metre-long lever to tighten the nut again close to a certain angle. After applying the preload, lock the nut.

6) Fit the two locking pieces, with the locking piece close to the eccentric block. If there is a gap between the upper surface and the upper surface of the axial key-way of the sleeve, a thin iron plate can be placed under the locking piece to compensate for the gap. Tighten the bolts and lock them in place.

04.Installation of exciter components and dynamic cone bearing

(1) In order to ensure uniform and fine contact, the spherical tile of the secondary support should be scraped with the dynamic cone bearing steel tile, and ensure that the outer ring of the spherical tile has 10~15 contact points per 25mm×25mm, while the inner ring has a small amount of annular clearance.

(2) Lay the shaker flat on the ground, move the cone bearing to sit on it, put the flange on the sleeve, put the cone sleeve and snap ring in, make sure the snap ring is stuck into the circumferential key-way of the sleeve and sunk into the cone sleeve step.

(3) Slowly lift up the dynamic cone bearing so that the shaker out of the ground a little, one by one, repeatedly, symmetrically tighten the flange on the 8 bolts, and then two sets of bolts with wire locking.

(4) The correct installation of the spherical tile and exciter of the secondary support is conducive to ensuring the reliability of the work of the equipment.

05.Installation of moving cone parts

1）Clear away the protective oil layer on the coated spindle, spherical surface and cone surface.

(2) Apply a layer of yellow dry oil to the surface of the spindle and a layer of thin oil to the spherical and conical surfaces.

3) Wrap the spindle with thin plastic paper to prevent contamination.

4）Place the moving cone on the iron frame, weld two symmetrical lifting rings on the outer surface of the moving cone liner, lift the moving cone liner on the moving cone, install the small liner, pad ring and cover nut (left-hand thread), then use the special spanner and sledge hammer to tighten the cover nut, and check the clearance between the moving cone liner and the moving cone with a stopper, to make the clearance nearly zero and consistent all around.

(5) assembly at the cover-shaped nut lifting dynamic cone parts, the dynamic cone spindle gently and slowly into the shaker parts sleeve, and steadily so that the dynamic cone spherical surface and dynamic cone support spherical tile contact, to avoid the dynamic cone tongue-shaped circle or outer edge overhead in the dynamic cone support and crush bad seal ring.

06.Installation of adjusting ring

(1) The adjusting ring components include the hopper, threaded ring and fixed cone liner, etc. Its installation quality can also affect the stability of equipment operation, crushing effect and the service life of the fixed cone liner.

(2) The cone liner and the threaded ring are in contact with each other through the conical surface.

(3) After installing the fixed cone liner, you can install the pressure iron, sealing ring and hopper and other parts.

07.Locking mechanism installation

(1) Determine the relative position of the locking structure and the support ring according to the positioning pins, screw in the adjusting ring and adjust to a suitable position to obtain a suitable working discharge opening clearance.

2）Always ensure that the locking structure is parallel to the supporting ring, turn on the high pressure pump station, adjust the pressure to 13MPa and screw the jacking rod of the locking structure downwards, one by one, repeatedly and symmetrically, until it is screwed.

3) Turn off the high-pressure pump and remove the remaining pressure from the high-pressure pump.

(4) As the locking structure is locked by means of a disc spring, the high-pressure pump cannot be opened during normal operation of the equipment.

08.Installation of lubrication device

(1) The lubrication device is installed according to the assembly diagram provided by the company, and the user needs to prepare the HG4-761-74 specification oil hose and other parts required for installation. The incoming oil hose must be able to withstand >10MPa of pressure.

(2) The configuration of the lubrication device must ensure smooth lubrication inlet and return oil.

(3) in the completion of the installation of lubrication devices, lubrication devices should first be tested, debugging lubrication system and control, such as the lubrication system found to have a fault, shall be dismantled and repaired.

(4) must also debug the temperature of the lubrication device, pressure control system, by adjusting the pressure and temperature of the upper and lower limit pointer to check the reliability of the electric contact pressure table, temperature table and its reliability with the electric control cabinet connection, in order to ensure the reliability of the equipment control system.
