Working principle

The working part of the Mini Spring Cone Crusher is two truncated cones, one is the fixed cone 2 (also known as the outer cone), and the other is the moving cone 1 (also known as the inner cone). The fixed cone 2 is static and is a part of the frame. The moving cone 1 is hinged at point O, and its lower end is movable inserted into the eccentric bushing. 

Therefore, the central axis OO' of the fixed cone intersects with the central axis OO1 of the moving cone. bevel. When OO1 rotates around OO', the moving cone will make a yaw motion along the inner surface of the fixed cone.

In the section where the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the material there is squeezed, impacted and bent by the moving cone to become a crushing cavity; where the moving cone deviates from the fixed cone, the crushed material will be crushed from the bottom of the cone under the action of its own weight. Unloading, it becomes the discharge port 3, and the material is loaded from the feed port 4.

Working Features

1.The moving cone rotates continuously, the crushing process and the discharging process of the material are alternately and continuously carried out along the working surface, and the productivity is high;

2. The material is sandwiched between the two cones and is subjected to extrusion, bending and shearing, so it is easier to break and the power consumption is low;

3. The product material of the spring cone crusher is relatively uniform, in the shape of a cube, and the wear of the working surface of the moving cone is relatively uniform.
