Introduction

Application scope
Crusher Hammers is widely used in mineral processing plants, refractory plants, cement plants, glass plants and other industrial sectors for fine grinding of medium hardness materials. It can be used for both dry and wet crushing. The wet type is to grind the material wet by seeping water, while the dry type is to grind dry without allowing water seepage.
Working principle
The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity, and the material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding of the hammer in high speed.
In the Crusher Hammers lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the material smaller than the size of the sieve is discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the size of the sieve hole remain on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammer, and then discharged through the sieve plate.
