Working principle
The working mode of Jaw Stone Crusher is bending extrusion.
The working principle is: the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, so that the movable jaw plate is pushed close to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing;
The included angle of the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate acts on the tie rod and the spring. Downward from the fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials are discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing jaw moves periodically to crush and discharge the materials to achieve mass production.
