Double Roller Crusher Working principle
The double roller crusher is the use of a pair of reverse rotating round roller crushing material. The material falls into the gap between the two rolls through the upper inlet of the equipment, and is gradually crushed under the action of friction. The finished material leaks from the bottom.
When the material is too hard, the roller automatically back, so that the roller gap increases, too hard material falls. Under the action of hydraulic cylinder or spring, the roller is restored to the original gap, so as to protect the machine and adjust the gap between the two rollers, which can control the maximum particle size of the product.
