The material is mainly crushed and impacted by the steel balls in the cylinder when the mill rotates during the grinding process. When the Planetary lab ball milling machine is working, the grinding balls rotate regularly along the radial layer with the cylinder. In addition to gravity, the steel balls are also subject to the friction between the steel balls and the liner, the friction between the steel balls and the centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. These two forces lift the balls to a certain height. When the gravity exceeds the centrifugal force, they fall along a parabola, impacting and crushing the materials.
During the rotation of the Planetary lab ball milling machine, the grinding head continuously forces the feeding, and the material rotates with the cylinder, forming a forward extrusion of the material; and then by the height difference of the material surface between the feed end and the discharge end, plus the continuous exhaust of the mill tail, even though the mill body is placed horizontally, the material can continue to move to the discharge end until it is discharged from the mill.
