Connection method of crusher

When we install the crusher for the first time, wiring is a very important link, because when the crusher leaves the factory, there are usually only lead cables, and the user needs to connect another cable when installing, so pay attention to whether the method is correct when connecting the cable. , Otherwise it will have a great impact on its use. Let's take a look at the cable wiring method of the crusher:

1. Strip the cable copper core on the crusher about 30-35mm long, and wipe the copper wire clean with emery cloth to make it shiny. Similarly, strip the copper wire of the external three-core cable by 30-35 mm and wipe it clean with emery cloth.

2. Insert the three-core cable with the stripped copper wire of the external cable. Then tie it tightly with a thin copper wire. Cut off the remaining part and flatten it with scissors.

3. Solder the three thread heads on the crusher separately with solder. The surface of the welding head is required to be smooth and free of burrs and false welding. If the welding is not firm or not smooth, perform welding again.

4. Be sure to hold down half of the circle when wrapping with polyester insulating tape. (Half-stacked bandaging method) Wrap 8-12 layers, and then wrap two layers with plastic tape to consolidate the strength.

5. Wrap the three wires together with plastic tape, and wrap up two layers, with one layer exceeding the end of the insulation layer of each wire by more than 50mm. The second layer exceeds the end of the first layer by 50mm.

6. After bandaging, take a basin of cold water and soak the banded thread in the water. After 12 hours, measure the insulation with a 500V megohmmeter and the insulation should not be less than 50 megohms. Otherwise, it should be re-wrapped until it meets the requirements.

7. The grounding wire of the crusher must also be wrapped up according to the requirements of the submersible cable wiring process.
