1. The problem of the device itself
The equipment parts do not match the dimensions of the drawings, such as the length and thickness of the jaw plate, the length of the bracket, the angle of the bracket, and the size of the inner cavity of the frame, etc., resulting in inferior machinery. After long-term use, the angle between the two jaw plates is twice the friction angle, so that there is no sufficient friction between the material and the jaw plate to overcome the upward force of the crushing force, and the material is extruded under the influence of the vertical upward force. , slide to the direction of the feed port.
2. Unbalanced force on equipment and materials
Under the action of the upper and lower force on the movable jaw, the vertical force of the material to be broken in the crushing cavity is easily unbalanced, and under the action of the upward component force, the phenomenon of material return is prone to occur.

3. The width of the discharge opening is too large
Many outsiders believe that the wider the discharge opening of the jaw crusher, the better. In fact, the jaw crusher of the same specification, the wider the discharge opening is, the more likely the phenomenon of material return will occur. During the crushing process, the material is in direct contact with the jaw plate, resulting in friction. The more severely worn the jaw plate, the greater the possibility of material return.
4. The size of the material to be broken varies greatly
Generally speaking, the feeding size of the equipment is similar, so as to ensure uniform cutting, and when the size of the material to be broken is very different, it is easy to return the material.
Solution
1. According to the material situation, use the crusher of the appropriate specification.
2. When the jaw plate is worn and the material is returned, the jaw plate should be repaired or replaced in time.
3. When the particle size of the material is too different, screen it. The coarse jaw crusher is pre-processed, and then the fine jaw crusher is used for finishing, which can meet the processing requirements of the material.
4. Add a wedge-shaped backing plate at the joint surface of the movable jaw and the movable jaw to reduce the angle between the two jaws and make it conform to the friction angle where the angle between the two jaws is less than twice, eliminating the phenomenon of returning material.
5. A guard plate can be welded above the feeding port of the equipment to prevent the material from flying out of the feeding port and endangering the personal safety of the operator.
