3. Before the new machine is used for the first time, take 10 jins of vegetable oil or waste oil and mix it well and turn the clearance adjustment screw. Make the two rollers rotate at the same speed. Gradually add the refueling feed, and at the same time continue to turn the adjusting screw of the pressing wheel until the pellets are slowly extruded. The extruded pellets are repeatedly squeezed to make the die hole lubricated and smooth, and then slowly add the mixed feed to be processed for processing, such as feeling the die. If the hole resistance is large, the output is low or no material is produced, the template can be repeatedly ground according to the above method to make the die hole lubricated and smooth before processing.
4. During feed processing, if there are more refined fibers, about 5 water should be added. If there are more concentrates in the mixed feed, less water can be added as appropriate. After processing, add a little oil that has been mixed with edible oil in advance, which is beneficial to The next time you start the machine, avoid the feed drying in the hole after the machine is stopped.
5. After processing, loosen the clearance adjustment screw to keep the roller in a free state, and clear up and down after stopping. The residual material in the warehouse is fouled, especially the residual material at the bottom of the shaker, so as to avoid damage to the suction bearing.
