1. Professionals should be instructed to operate the equipment, and equipment operators are required to operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
2. The jaw crusher has strict feeding particle size and should strictly follow the particle size specified in the model parameter table.
3. Severe inspection should be carried out before feeding to prevent metal, rough and hard debris from mixing and damaging the equipment. Assuming the conditions are acceptable, it is recommended to install iron removal equipment before the feeder.
4. After starting, the jaw crusher should be idle for 2-3 minutes, and then put in the materials without any abnormal phenomenon.
5. Pay attention to the operation status of the equipment at any time when starting, insist on uniform feeding, prevent boring car accidents, and do not overload for a long time. Whether there are other abnormal problems in the production process, such as abnormal vibration, noise, bearing temperature is too high. Immediately shut down for inspection, and continue production after troubleshooting.
6. Under normal circumstances, the no-load rotation time of the machine is four hours. During the load test operation, the feeding granularity should be carried out according to the standard, materials larger than the standard should not be input, and the water content should not be lower than 10%-15%.
