Hammer crusher is a type of crusher that directly crushes materials with a maximum particle size of 600-1800 mm to below 25 or 25 mm. Hammer crusher is suitable for cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors to crush medium-hard materials, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials for medium and fine crushing operations. Due to the wide application of hammer crushers, the phenomenon of wear occurs from time to time. Among them, abrasive wear and fatigue wear are the most serious types of wear conditions, accounting for 50% of the metal area. They are also common problems in crusher equipment. , summarize the tips into the following points for customers' reference:

1. Because the journals at both ends of the main shaft are easily worn during operation, we add two bushings to the journal during installation to protect the journal.
2. Under normal circumstances, the wear between the side hammer plate of the hammer frame and the side plate of the casing is serious. At this time, we can build a wear-resistant layer around the circle of the side plate and one side of the side plate.
3. When operating the hammer crusher equipment, the crushed materials should be added evenly and distributed over the entire length of the working part of the rotor to avoid the increase in the load of the motor.
4. Regularly check the condition of the sieve bars, if there is any blockage, it should be removed immediately.
5. Under normal operation, the temperature of the hammer crusher bearing should be kept within the range of 35 degrees and should not exceed 70 degrees.
