1. The working voltage of power supply system of mobile crusher is too high.
2. Carbon brush without neutral surface.
3. Electromagnetic field coil short circuit fault or contact the shell.
4. Mobile crusher motor electrode failure or touch shell short circuit.
5. The load of the motor controlled by the electromagnetic field suddenly decreases. Motor burn out of mobile crusher is generally caused by the above five reasons. If we find abnormal heating of the motor in the actual operation of the machine and equipment, we can check it from these five aspects.
