Our jaw crusher adopts a more advanced movable jaw assembly, which is more durable. The movable jaw assembly is made of high-quality cast steel and is driven by two large cast steel flywheels. In addition, a heavy-duty eccentric shaft is used. The forged blank is machined, all of which make the jaw crusher extremely reliable. The bearing seat adopts integral cast steel structure, which can ensure the complete cooperation with the crushing frame, and also greatly enhances the radial strength of the bearing seat, while the split bearing seat does not have this advantage.
In addition, the finite element analysis technology is adopted, and the working intensity of the equipment is higher, which is conducive to improving production efficiency.
