Installation and commissioning
1. Before installation, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust that has appeared during transportation or storage for a long time, and check whether the parts are damaged.
2. Pour the foundation with concrete according to the foundation drawing, and leave the screw holes. After the concrete is solidified, the coal rod machine is hoisted on the concrete foundation, the screw holes are aligned, and the concrete is grouted twice. After the anchor screws are solidified, use a level to correct The machine can be tested after the machine is stable.
3. Lubricate the lubrication parts with moderate amount of oil before testing the machine. Check whether all bolts are loose, and tighten them. Jog the machine and observe whether there are foreign objects or abnormal sounds. All confirmations are correct before starting operation. And check whether the power direction is correct.
4. After the machine runs dry for 3~5 minutes, everything is normal and it can be put into trial production. The new machine should be fed evenly and dry and wet (generally 12%~15% moisture content)
