When the thickness of the lining plate of the cone crusher is worn by two-thirds, or it is worn out, broken, or the ore discharge port is too large to be adjusted, the lining plate needs to be replaced, and different replacement ranges can be determined according to the wear and tear conditions. : ①Replace all the frame and crushing cone linings at the same time; ②Replace only the frame or all the linings of one of the crushing cones; ③Replace only the frame and the lower lining of the crushing cone; ④Replace only the frame or one of the crushing cones 1. The lower lining plate; ⑤ Only do local replacement. When replacing the frame lining, if the old lining cannot be removed, it can be cut by gas welding, and the inner surface of the frame is cleaned.
The newly poured concrete on the back of the lining plate is made of 500-600 cement and sand in a ratio of 1:3 by weight. Before casting, the liner is sanded clean so that the concrete binds firmly to it. After the concrete is poured, it must be trimmed so that the ribs on the back of the lining board are close to the frame, and the concrete must be fully cured and dried before it can be put into use, otherwise the service life will be affected.
Replace the broken cone liner: When the lower liner of the cone is installed, use the adjustment ring at the lower part of the cone to keep a gap of 1.0-2.0mm between the lower liner and the cone. After the top liner is installed, the compression nut should be installed first, and then the zinc alloy should be cast. Before casting, the cone and the lining plate should be preheated at 60-80 ℃, and the gaps of each joint of the lining plate should be plugged with asbestos and clay to prevent leakage of zinc alloy. After pouring the alloy on the lining plate, install the compression nut and the locking plate to make it tightly fixed.
After installing the lining plates, check whether their centers are correct; if the centers are not correct, collisions will occur during operation, and the particle size of the products will be uneven, which may even cause faults such as heating of the friction parts in the machine. When the thickness of the moving cone and the fixed cone liner wear reaches 65-80% or when the local wear is concave, deformed and broken, it should be replaced.
Before casting the zinc alloy, the gaps should be tightly plugged with clay or asbestos to prevent the zinc alloy from flowing out; during casting, the surface in contact with the alloy should not be wet, otherwise it will cause an explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to preheat and dry before casting, or in order to shorten the time (without preheating), apply a layer of mechanical oil on the contact surface, and then use special tools for casting; after casting, tighten the lining plate. Tighten the bolts again.
