Jaw crushers are commonly known as "Hukou". A crusher is composed of two jaw plates, a movable jaw and a static jaw. It simulates the movement of the two jaws of an animal to complete the material crushing operation. After installing the jaw crusher, we need to start the test run, so what should we do?
After installing the jaw crusher, carefully check all standards to make sure there is no problem. Before the no-load test run, rotate the flywheel of the crusher once to ensure that it is unimpeded. The conditions for no-load debugging are as follows:
1. The no-load test operation of the jaw crusher shall be no less than 4 hours, but the test operation shall be ended after the bearing temperature has stabilized for 1 hour.
2. The V-belt must not bite or slide.
3. All screws and fasteners checked must not be loosened.
4. The bearing temperature must not exceed 70c.
After the jaw crusher has passed the no-load test run, it should be loaded with a test run. The load test time is usually 24 hours. Meet the actual needs and meet the following conditions:
1. There must be no obvious sound from the crusher.
2. The staff responsible for feeding should pay attention that the feed size of the jaw crusher should meet the design requirements.
3. The bearing temperature shall not exceed the temperature specified in the no-load test run.
4. The output of the crusher generally meets the Kunming Heavy Machinery Technical Regulations, and the product size meets the requirements.
