1. After the material enters the crushing cavity from the feed inlet of the crusher, the material is crushed by the rotation of the eccentric wheel and the extrusion of the inner wall of the outer ring. After the primary crushing, the material falls into the gap between the front wheel and the outer ring autonomously, and the inner wall of the outer wheel and the outer ring are squeezed to realize the secondary crushing and forming of the material, and it is discharged from the outlet. In the crushing process, the particle size of the crushed material is strictly controlled by the gap of the wear-resistant hard alloy cutter head, and the particle size is very uniform.
2. Before each use, check whether the high and low pressure oil pipes of the crusher hammer are leaking or loose, and check other places for oil leakage at any time, so as to prevent the oil pipes from falling off due to vibration and causing malfunctions.
3. Regularly lubricate the crusher parts, such as bearing parts, and prohibit wear and damage caused by lack of lubricating oil.
4. When the crushing object of the crusher is a large stone, the crushing operation should be carried out from the edge. No matter how big or hard the stone is, it is usually feasible to knock from the side. If the same point is hit continuously for more than one minute without interruption, please change the selected point and try again.
