During the production process of the jaw crusher, if the machine fails, the noise may increase. Stop the machine immediately at this time, check the cause of the increase in noise, and eliminate the fault. The following summarizes the reasons for the increased noise during the work of the crusher, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone in production.
1. The tie rod and jaw are loose
If the spring preload of the jaw crusher is insufficient, the toggle pad and toggle plate will collide with each other when the movable jaw is running, resulting in a loud impact; The board will loosen and hit the frame, causing the frame to jump up and down, generating a lot of noise and damaging the frame.
2. Flywheel groove swings abnormally
When the material accidentally enters the parts of the jaw crusher, it will cause the flywheel groove of the crusher to oscillate abnormally during long-term operation, causing collisions and collisions between the equipment and other parts, resulting in excessive noise.
3. The parts are loose or fall off and directly collide with the material during work. The crushing force is large, causing the installation nut to loosen, the operation is unstable and even the parts fall off, and it collides with other parts in the crushing chamber, causing loud noise. In severe cases, it may also cause the jaw crusher to stop, affecting the normal production of the equipment.
