Tyre shredder is mainly composed of feeding box, double broken stick, power distribution control system, discharging conveyor and power motor.

1. Feed silo: Place the wood to be crushed to prevent the wood from splashing and causing accidents when crushed.

2. The double rollers are equipped with wear-resistant blades. After all the cutting heads are assembled, they form a spiral knife. After turning, each cutter head is ensured evenly. Double rollers are installed to make sure there is no large gap between the two roller cutter heads. The wood is broken by knife scratching and pressure between the double sticks.

3. Power system: The feeding is driven by a high-power motor with a reducer.

4. Discharge conveyor: The power system is linked to the crusher as a whole, which can be fully towed, ensuring flexibility of maintenance and spare parts.

5. The device can directly clamp, tie and compress the materials fed into the feed box by double crushing rollers to complete the whole crushing process.
