The two rollers are synchronized (reverse at a constant speed).
The storage bin enters the forming hopper evenly through the quantitative equipment, so that the unit forming pressure of the material increases from small to large, and the forming pressure reaches a maximum value at the connecting line of the roller. After the material passes through the line, the forming pressure decreases rapidly, making the material enter the ball-off state and form smoothly.

The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, and rotates through a pulley and a worm reducer to force the pressed material into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the main engine, it can maintain a constant feeding pressure and stabilize the quality of the pellets.
If the feeding amount is too large, the feeding device will be electrically overloaded; if the feeding amount is too small, the ball will not be formed. Therefore, skilled operation is an important condition for the normal operation of the briquette press.
