The grounding of the small briquetting machine is mainly divided into shell grounding and internal electrical grounding. The grounding of the shell is mainly used to prevent static electricity accumulation, electrical leakage, etc. The outdoor briquetting machine should also be equipped with external lightning protection measures.
Generally speaking, the outer shell of the outdoor ball press installed on the pole bracket has naturally formed grounding protection because it is screwed on the metal bracket, so no special treatment is required. The data cable and video cable inside the ball press have been grounded accordingly. Connect the GND terminal inside the ball press with the ground wire to ensure that the equipment is effectively grounded.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the small briquetting machine, the power supply should not be lower than the nominal value of the input voltage of the ball press. When the nominal value is 24VAC, the voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±25%. The common working voltage of the ball press is 24VAC.
There are 220VAC models of ball presses on the market. In essence, the transformer is built into the dome cover, and the power is supplied to the ball press after the voltage transformation. When wiring, it should be emphasized that the strong and weak currents are separated to avoid the interference of strong currents to weak currents.
The internal space of the ball press is limited, and the built-in transformer allows strong and weak currents to coexist, thereby affecting weak current signals. In addition, the built-in transformer will increase the heat dissipation burden, thereby increasing the possibility of burning out the built-in circuit.
According to the different on-site environment, you can choose local 220VAC to 24VAC, or remote transformer and centralized power supply. When centralizing the power supply, the power loss of the transmission line should be fully considered. Select equipment with larger output power and appropriately increase the output voltage to bear the line voltage drop, such as selecting 28VAC output to supply power to the remote ball press.
