(1) Fine Cone Crusher adopts the material layering selection crushing. The crushing cavity is filled with material, and the material is crushed, sheared and rubbed in the crushing cavity, which makes the wall of the crushing cavity avoid direct contact, effectively preventing the lining plates from wearing each other, and avoiding the contamination of the material by metal pollutants, thus reducing the degree of wearing parts of the machine and effectively extending the service life of wear parts.
(2) The crushing ratio of the machine increases, and the product size is very strong and can be adjusted arbitrarily. The crushing force of the cone crusher has a certain relationship with the eccentric static torque and rotational speed of the machine. By adjusting the gap of the crushing chamber, the required crushing ratio can be easily adjusted.
(3) The technical performance of the machine is stable and the product size is almost independent of the liner wear.
(4) Easy to operate and install. As the whole machine adopts secondary vibration isolation, the vibration of the foundation is small and the working noise is low, so there is no need for huge foundation and foundation bolts when installing.
(5) Good over-iron performance. Due to no rigid connection between the moving cone and the transmission mechanism, if the material is mixed with unbreakable objects, the moving cone will temporarily stop moving and the exciter will continue to rotate around the moving cone shaft, which greatly reduces the incidence of failure.
(6) The unique design of the machine simplifies the crushing and grinding process and reduces the number of auxiliary equipment. Fine Cone Crusher can be started and stopped at full capacity without the need for a special feeder. It is very convenient to operate, monitor and control; as the product size is fine, there is no need for vibrating screen to form a closed circuit, which greatly saves equipment and infrastructure investment.
