Introduction

Principle
The structure of the Rock Cone Crusher mainly consists of: feeding hopper, adjusting feeding hopper, crushing cone body, sealing ring of bowl bearing section, large gear, small gear, main frame, dividing plate, supporting sleeve, spring, spring screw, rotating shaft, hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system and other parts.
The rotation of the electric motor through the pulley or coupling, the drive shaft and the cone are forced by the eccentric sleeve to make a swinging movement around a fixed, so that the crushing wall of this product is sometimes close to and sometimes away from the surface of the wall fixed on the adjustment sleeve, so that the ore in the crushing chamber is constantly impacted, squeezed and bent to achieve the crushing of the ore.
In case of unbreakable foreign objects passing through the crushing chamber or for some reason the machine is overloaded, the spring loaded safety system provides insurance and the discharge opening is increased so that the foreign objects are discharged from the crushing chamber. Under the action of the spring, the discharge opening is automatically reset and the Rock Cone Crusher resumes normal operation.
