1.How does the impact crusher work?
The stones fall directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine; under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, high-speed bumping and high-density crushing occur with another part of the flying stones that are shunted around the turntable in an umbrella-shaped method.
A vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the casing to form multiple mutual impacts, collisions, and crushing, which are discharged straight from the lower part. It forms a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and is controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size.
2.What are the precautions for the use of counterattack rotors?
1.The static balance of the rotor.
During the assembly, operation and maintenance of the Impact Crusher Fine, special attention should be paid to the static balance of the rotor. Regardless of turning the head or replacing the blow bars, the blow bars on the rotor should be replaced at the same time, so as to avoid the static unbalance of the rotor resulting in serious vibration and bearing heating.
When the blow bar is turned around or replaced with a new blow bar, it should be weighed, and the blow bars with the same weight or a very small weight difference (0.5kg) should be installed symmetrically along the circumference, so that the entire rotor is in a state of static balance. If there is still a heavy weight, it can be solved by temporarily adding a balance weight to the rotor.
2. Lubrication of the rotor.
During the operation of the Impact Crusher Fine, pay attention to observe the temperature rise of the main bearing of the rotor, which should not exceed 60℃ normally, and should not exceed 75℃. If the temperature rise exceeds this stipulation, stop and check quickly and take effective measures.
The rolling bearings at both ends of the rotor can be lubricated with oil or molybdenum disulfide grease, and a small amount (2-3 times) of grease is injected regularly every shift.
3. Sealing and dust removal
