Working principle
150x250 Jaw Crusher have very high requirements for wear resistance. Generally, the material selected is high wear-resistant manganese steel lining plate. When the jaw crusher is working, there are two jaw plates (manganese steel) in its crushing cavity.
On the front wall of the cavity, the other jaw is moving back and forth, which is commonly known as (moving jaw), also called jaw tongue. When the two jaws are separated, the material enters the crushing chamber. When the two jaw plates are combined, the material is squeezed and split, the crushed material is discharged from the machine, and the uncrushed material continues to be crushed until the material can be discharged from the machine.
