Introduction

Working Principle
There are three types of common roll crushers: single roll crusher, double roll crusher and four roll crusher. During the working process, the material falls between two rolls and will be crushed. Usually, the material will be discharged from the bottom.
When encountering materials with high hardness, the rolls will automatically give way through hydraulic cylinders or springs, increasing the space between the two rolls, causing hard materials and non-crushable materials to fall, protecting the machine from damage. Changing the space between the two rolls can definitely control the maximum particle size of the discharged materials.
