2. What should we pay attention to when using crusher?

(1)Metal crusher fixed operation, should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the place of work is frequently changed, the grinder and the motor should be mounted on a pedestal made of Angle iron. If the grinder is powered by diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly greater than that of the grinder, and the pulley grooves of the two are consistent. The outer end face of the pulley should be on the same plane.

(2) Before starting the Small Stone Crusher, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the unit are fastened, whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power line is good. Whether the motor shaft is parallel to the mill shaft.

(3) Check whether the hammer is good, sieve aperture is appropriate, there is no damage. Drag the belt by hand, check whether the spindle rotation is flexible, there is no jam, collision and friction phenomenon.

(4) After starting up, first make the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes, check whether the rotor steering is correct, whether the sound is normal. Only after the rated speed of smooth rotation can work.

(5) In the work, we should pay attention to the operation of the crusher at any time, and the feeding should be uniform to prevent blocking and stuffy cars, and do not overload work for a long time. In case of vibration, noise, excessive temperature of bearing and body, outward spraying and other phenomena, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, troubleshooting before continuing to work.

(6) The crushed materials should be carefully checked, not mixed with stones, metal and other foreign matters, so as not to damage the machine.
