How to deal with the air pumping phenomenon of the crusher

Different equipment will encounter some large and small failures during operation, such as the phenomenon of air pumping when the crusher is in operation. The editor below will explain to you how to solve the problem of gas extraction.

1. The crusher used for higher production cannot directly exhaust the atmosphere. If the direct exhaust of the atmosphere will cause the pressure difference between the suction port and the exhaust port of the equipment to be too large, the equipment will be overloaded. In order to ensure that the higher vacuum can be reached It is necessary to ensure this space between the rotors of the crusher produced.

2. It is necessary to have a fore pump when the equipment is in use. When the pressure in the system is sucked to a certain range with the fore pump, the production crusher can be initiated. In this way, the overload of the equipment can be avoided.

3. As the rotor of the crusher is constantly turning, the sucked gas is sucked from the air inlet into the space between the rotor and the pump casing and then discharged through the exhaust outlet, because the space is completely closed after suction. Therefore, the gas in the pump cavity does not shrink or expand. However, when the top of the rotor turns over the edge of the exhaust port and the space communicates with the exhaust side, because the gas pressure on the exhaust side is relatively high, a part of the gas will flow back into the space to increase the gas pressure abruptly. When the rotor continues to transform, the gas will be discharged out of the pump.
