1.Correctly install the feed mill
We bought the feed mill. First, install the mill itself, and then fix the machine and the motor base. The screws use 2 flat pads and 1 spring pad, one on the top and one on the bottom, to protect the screws from tightening. To prevent the screw cap from entering the chute of the motor base, install a spring washer on top of the upper flat washer to prevent loosening of the screws caused by vibration during the high-speed operation of the grinder. After adding the flat washer and the spring washer, the The problem is solved, then install the motor on the motor seat in the same way, and connect the motor and the machine with a V-belt. The motor pulley and the pulley are no longer in a parallel line, which will seriously damage the V-belt. After fixing the motor and machine, we need to do maintenance work before normal operation. First, the grease filling port on both sides of the main shaft of the machine should be filled with grease with a grease gun. The purpose of filling the grease is to make the bearing function. The lubricating effect prolongs the life of the bearing. If no butter is added, the high-speed running bearing will become hot, and it will be troublesome to replace it after the bearing is damaged; secondly, check the connection status of the parts of each part. And cause the falling parts to damage the machine, after all parts are checked, they can work normally.
3.Precautions for the normal operation of the feed mill
Before starting the machine, you must read the instruction manual, and adjust and maintain it according to its fixation. The operator must master the structure and functional requirements of the machine. The supporting power must meet the requirements, and it is not allowed to increase the spindle speed without permission. Before starting the machine, check whether the running direction is the same as the cutting direction, otherwise it is strictly forbidden to start the machine. After the above work inspection is completed, the power supply can be checked to start the test. Turn on the power supply and let the feed mill run for 1 minute to check whether each part is working normally.
When the pulverizer is working, it is necessary to feed a small amount of material first. After the normal discharge, there is no problem, and the raw materials can be processed according to the normal output. Do not feed too much material to cause serious load.
