The coal stick of working principle:

At this time, strong friction and shear are generated between the raw coal particles, the particles and the blades and the simplified body. At the same time, under the action of heat generation, the temperature of the raw coal rises, the moisture and binder are more uniform, and the plasticity of the coal is also greatly increased. Then through the constriction of the mold cone, the coal particles are compressed more closely, and then pressed into the flat part of the mold, and the coal rods are formed.


Installation and commissioning:

1: Before installation, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust from transportation or storage for a long time, and check whether the parts are damaged.

2: Concrete the foundation according to the foundation drawing, and leave screw holes. After the concrete is solidified, hang the coal rod machine on the concrete foundation, align the screw holes, and grouting the concrete twice. After the anchor screws are solidified, use a level to calibrate The machine can be tested after the machine is stable.

Before testing the machine, lubricate each lubricating part with a moderate amount of oil. Check all bolts for looseness and tighten them. Jog the machine to see if there is any foreign object or abnormal sound. Everything is confirmed to be correct before starting the operation. And check if the power direction is correct.

After the machine runs empty for 3 to 5 minutes, everything is normal and can be put into trial production. The new machine should be evenly fed with moderate dry and wet (usually 12% to 15% moisture content).


use and maintenance:

1: Before starting each shift, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there is any abnormal noise. The empty machine can run for 2 to 3 minutes before feeding and production.

2: The raw material must be processed, the maximum particle size is less than 3mm, add water, add binder, curing agent, and stir and ret for 24 hours before use.

3: If the feeding opening is blocked, use wooden strips or bamboo strips to clear it, and avoid using metal rods.

4: The bearings of the rotating parts of the machine should be regularly injected with lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing parts should not exceed 60 degrees.

5: Stop feeding before shutting down, stop after the material in the cylinder is emptied, disassemble the machine head, clean it and reinstall it for use after get off work.

6: In order to prevent the motor from overloading, it is recommended that the user install a current and voltmeter, and adjust the amount of material and water content according to the ammeter.
