When the crusher is used in the production line, sometimes there will be overload. At this time, we need to find a way to solve it. For the overload, our preventive measures mainly include the following methods.
1. The power supply voltage is too low: the crusher runs under the condition that the voltage is much lower than the rated voltage in the countryside, and the current in the stator winding increases more, resulting in a higher temperature rise of the stator winding and overheating and burning.
2. Mechanical failure: The bearings of the crusher are severely damaged, the stator and the rotor are rubbed "sweeping", or the impeller of the water crusher is stuck by other debris such as water plants, etc., will cause the stator winding of the new type of crusher to burn out.
3. Improper selection of crusher: The actual load conditions used do not match the type of crusher selected.
4. Quality factors in the crusher manufacturer or repair: the manufacturer and the quality factors in the repair cause the crusher to overload.
