The crusher is now a major equipment in the crushing industry. At this time, whether its parts are intact is a key to the equipment. Especially the bearings of the equipment. If the bearing is damaged during our use, there is even no way to repair it. In order not to affect our normal use, we should replace it immediately. The specific replacement requirements are as follows:
First, the crusher bearing is in the process of replacing:
1. Protect the shaft head from being damaged: a sleeve with a force surface thickness of 40mm can be made to cover the shaft head, which will prevent the flywheel from directly hitting the eccentric shaft and damaging the shaft head;
2. When the overhead crane hits the eccentric shaft, the flywheel center line should be kept in a straight line with the eccentric center line as much as possible;
3. The position of the hitting bearing should be selected appropriately, so that the crusher bearing should be disengaged from the moving cavity.
Second, after the bearing is replaced, it needs to be assembled and installed.
1. When assembling and installing, pay attention to the eccentric shaft and the bearing of the crusher above it. When installing the eccentric shaft and the bearing of the crusher above it, the movable jaw should be placed upright, and the flywheel should be used to pad it. The axis of the movable jaw cavity is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Then burn the wood under it, make the flame pass through the cavity, heat the movable jaw cavity to about 1.5h, and then lift the eccentric shaft and fall vertically into the cavity.
2. In order to ensure that the bearing is installed accurately in place, the oil seal, end cover and retaining ring of the bearing should be installed in advance on the shaft head of the lifting end, and then the external bearing should be installed. In addition, one revolution of the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher must be ensured.
3. After installing the eccentric shaft, keep the jaws still, and then install another flywheel. Four suitable stud bolts can be used, one end is put into the four screw holes of the shaft head. Then hoist the flywheel horizontally, paying attention to the up and down direction of the flywheel, and slowly lower it. The shaft hole passes through the 4 bolts and the flat key is aligned with the keyway, and the shaft end cover is put on the 3 bolts. Add the backing plate, screw on the nut, press down on the flywheel, and knock the flywheel hard at the same time, so that the flywheel is quickly installed.
When replacing the bearings of the crusher, we must follow the correct operation requirements. If there is an error during the replacement process, it will cause unnecessary trouble and affect the normal use of the equipment.
