1. When we buy the crusher, its specifications and models must be matched with the motor. If the motor is small or large, it will be prone to failure, such as the phenomenon of motor heating or even burning.
2. Don't underestimate the installation of the equipment. Only a good start will succeed. The installation of the equipment should be installed and debugged under the guidance of professionals.
3. Falling off or wear of the fan blades of the crusher will also cause the motor to heat up. At this time, we need to check whether the fan blades of the motor are falling off or worn out. When we find any problems, we must deal with them in time.
4. Excessive power of the motor will produce excessive wind speed, and the wind speed will be blown back before the discharge port is reached under the strong wind speed, resulting in low output. The repeated crushing of materials by returning to the furnace will cause the motor to heat up. If the motor voltage is too low, it will increase the load of the motor and cause an abnormal heat generation phenomenon.
5. The change of temperature will also cause abnormal heating of the crusher motor. When the motor runs for too long, the load will increase and the current will be too high, which will directly cause damage to the motor. In addition, if the outside air temperature is too high, the internal operating environment temperature will exceed a specified range, and abnormal heating of the motor will occur.
