Crusher equipment, as a main equipment for mining, is mainly used for crushing stones of different sizes. The largest one uses a jaw crusher, and the others have to choose multiple types of crushers according to the requirements of the discharge. So what should we pay attention to when using the crusher?
1. The driver of the crusher must be trained and certified to be able to work. Cooperate closely with the driver of the scraper conveyor, the driver of the transfer machine and the driver of the retractable belt conveyor, unify the signal connection, start and stop in sequence, and do not use the light signal.
2. It is strictly forbidden for operators and other personnel to approach the working crusher.
3. The crusher should be started under no-load conditions; the time of two jogs should not be less than 90 seconds, and the time of continuous jogs should not exceed 5 times.
4. When the crusher is jammed by a large piece of gangue or other debris, it must not be lifted by hand or other tools, and it must be stopped before processing.
5. When you find someone in front of the crusher is pulled down by the scraper conveyor, stop the crusher immediately.
6. Be sure to pay attention to the coal unloading of the scraper conveyor during operation, and do not pull large pieces of gangue, I-beam and other debris into the crusher to prevent the crusher from being jammed and damaged. When dealing with the above-mentioned debris, be sure to stop the machine before proceeding.
7. If the transfer machine is shut down, stop the crusher immediately. Before starting the transfer machine, the crusher should be started to avoid overloading.
8. Pay attention to the sound of the crusher at any time. If there is an abnormal situation, immediately send a stop signal to the driver of the brick-mounted aircraft, and stop the machine in time to deal with the power failure and lockout.
9. The crusher should be locked when handling large pieces of coal, gangue and rock on the transfer machine.
10. Ensure that the various protection facilities of the crusher are intact. Do not use the crusher that is damaged by the spray device and the dust curtain at the entrance and exit.
