1. When the crusher is in use, the machine should be firmly fixed and installed on a specially designed foundation. In order to better withstand the uniform force generated by the machine at work, the sleeper slats can be placed under the underframe so that the whole machine and the sleeper slats fit together, and leave a discharge position.
2. The crusher is supplied in a complete assembly form, but it is necessary to carefully check whether the machine is damaged, sliding parts and lubricated parts are rusted during the long-term storage during transportation, and it can be carried out after confirming that the machine is intact installed.
3. After the machine is installed and the level is found, install the transmission part according to the drawing. The transmission belt should be adjusted to a proper position of tension, and the pressure spring must be adjusted to the proper position.
After the crusher is installed and before it is officially put into production, a test run must be carried out. When the crusher is in use, a continuous dry-running test shall be carried out for no less than 2 hours. The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30℃ and the temperature length shall not exceed 40℃ when it is rotating. Stable, no abnormal noise, no collision between rolls.
The crusher can carry out a load operation test on the basis of a good dry operation test, and the load test time shall not be less than 8 hours of continuous operation. Determine whether its actual output and output meet the requirements, and ensure that the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 35°C, the crusher should work smoothly, there should be no severe vibration, and the fasteners should be firm. Each lubrication point must be filled with lubricating grease. The seal should be good and there should be no leakage.
If the output or particle size of the crusher does not meet the requirements during operation, the adjustment bolts at the rear of the movable device can be used to adjust. If the current fluctuation is found to be unstable during operation, you should check whether the feed particle size meets the requirements and the load test is normal. Then it can be put into production use.
