When we use the crusher, because it will be used for a long time, the temperature of the equipment will be too high, which will cause the damage of the equipment. How to prevent this from happening?
1. The bearing quality of the crusher is poor, and the original clearance is small.
If the bearing clearance does not reach the specified value, the clearance is too small after installation. This will cause the bearing to heat up during operation and the temperature will gradually rise.
2. The bearing is seriously damaged
Once the bearing is worn, the dimensions of the inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements and cage of the bearing will change. The bearing coordination clearance increases, the operation accuracy decreases, and the bearing temperature increases will cause the vibration and noise to increase. It will cause bearing heating, vibration, bearing burnout, and even shaft bending.
3. Analysis of machining error of crushing motor jaw bearing hole
The bearing hole machining error is large, and the coaxiality exceeds the allowable value. When two jaw bearings are installed, the coaxiality error of the outer ring of the bearing is relatively large, resulting in a small bearing gap and heating of the bearing.
4. The axial direction of the bearing is wrong.
Once there is a problem with the axial direction of the crusher bearing, the labyrinth ring or the bearing cover will not be installed in place, and the eccentric shaft will move during operation, which will reduce the bearing clearance and heat the bearing of the bearing.
5. The spindle has been completed.
If the coaxiality of the bearings on both sides of the main shaft of the crusher is too large, it will exceed the design allowable value. Therefore, when the bearing is installed at both ends, if the inner coaxiality error of the inner ring is too large, the gap between the bearing and the bearing will be smaller.
6. Axial movement of fastener bushing
The bearing cover of the crusher shell should be removed, locked, and the flywheel or sheave should be removed to replace a new tight sleeve.
