Firstly, listen.

After starting the cone crusher whether there is a strange sound, the noise frequency of the cone crusher is within a reasonable range, beyond this range or the sound type is not right, it may be due to internal faults, then which faults will trigger the phenomenon of its strange noise?

The first cone crusher engine drive system design is not reasonable or in unreasonable conditions of use, the drive system will occur in the strange noise failure. The noise failure is due to excessive vibration of the transmission system, the collision between mechanical parts, resulting in a variety of noise. If the mechanical transmission system occurs gears hitting teeth, gear teeth off and other faults, will seriously affect the normal work of the cone crusher. Therefore, the transmission system needs to be monitored in real time.

Secondly, the phenomenon that the upper and lower frame of the cone crusher moves can also cause strange noises, which is mainly caused by broken bolts, and the solution is to replace or tighten the loose bolts.

Once again, if the conical surface of the cone crusher is worn, rusted or damaged, it will also cause the phenomenon of abnormal noise, the solution at this time is to repair by stacking or machining to rebuild the cone surface; if the phenomenon of broken teeth, or the phenomenon of damaged transmission bearings, will cause abnormal noise, the solution at this time is to replace the gears or bearings.

Secondly, look.

Close the cone crusher after shutdown to see if the size of the drive gear gap of the cone crusher is abnormal, if this gap size has changed, then the phenomenon of abnormal noise will occur, the solution at this time is for the adjustment of the tooth gap; cone crusher in the work, the required load is relatively strict, if the user to pursue production and increase its load, then it will increase the thrust bearing The bottom of this will produce grinding noise and make the thrust bearing damaged. The solution at this time is to check whether there are excessive copper or lead chips in the oil return strainer, if so, it needs to be decomposed and checked and the crusher's bearing replaced, for the eccentric bushing wear phenomenon, it is also necessary to check the copper and lead chips in the oil return strainer and replace the eccentric bushing if there are too many.

Second, when the cone crusher engine burned tile and valve off, the engine flywheel and starter gear hold up, easy to trigger the engine stall, resulting in the cone crusher without power tipping and other accidents. The engine will vibrate violently before stalling, so when the engine stalls, it should be immediately shut down for maintenance and replacement of damaged parts.

Once again, when the engine cooling conditions and measures do not ensure engine cooling, the engine will overheat, resulting in the 'sticky cylinder' phenomenon, affecting the normal work of the cone crusher. Therefore, the engine heat dissipation conditions must be strictly controlled to effectively drop the engine heat failure.

Thirdly, observation.

1、The ore must be fed evenly, and the particle size should be table to the requirements.

2, always pay attention to slander ore and transport, so as not to blockage cause accidents.

3, often check the oil pump, cooler, filter and oil quantity oil temperature, return oil temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.

4、Check the water seal dustproof drainage, if there is no water is not allowed to run.

5、Check the oil pressure of the locking cylinder carefully, the adjusting ring must be in the locked state before operation.

6、Check the liner wear regularly, pay special attention to the liner fixing bolts on the adjusting ring. If the loose plate is loose c new liner plate after 24h of work, should stop and tighten once.
