Hydraulic cone crusher is divided into single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.
Single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher structure:
Mainly divided into six parts: 1. Upper frame assembly; 2. Lower frame assembly; 3. Moving cone assembly; 4. Transmission shaft assembly; 5. Eccentric sleeve assembly; 6. Hydraulic cylinder assembly .

Working principle:
When the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, the motor drives the transmission shaft of the equipment to rotate through the pulley and the V-belt, the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the large and small bevel gears, and the moving cone rotates through the main shaft under the action of the eccentric sleeve. The fixed cone is sometimes close to and sometimes far away from the rolling mortar wall. The materials are continuously squeezed and impacted in the crushing cavity between the rolling mortar wall and the crusher, and the crushed materials are discharged from the lower part.
Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher structure:
(1) Lower frame part: guide pin for the main shaft of the frame.
(2) Eccentric sleeve: eccentric sleeve balance ring large bevel gear.
(3) Transmission part: drive shaft pinion bevel gear bushing.
(4) Support sleeve: support sleeve locking cylinder lock nut.
(5) Adjusting ring part: adjusting ring, rolling the mortar wall.
(6) Moving cone: body crushing wall hammer head spherical tile.
Working principle:
When the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, the motor drives the transmission shaft of the equipment to rotate through the pulley and the V-belt. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main shaft through the large and small bevel gears. Sometimes close to and sometimes far away from the rolling mortar wall, the materials are continuously squeezed and impacted in the crushing cavity formed by the rolling mortar wall and the crushing wall, and the crushed materials are discharged from the lower part.
