Jaw crusher is a commonly used crushing equipment in mining stone processing. Whether it is medium-hardness coal, limestone, coal gangue and other materials, or granite, pebble, quartzite and other high-hardness materials, almost all cannot do without jaw crushing, so jaw crushing is also a relatively expensive equipment in the ore processing industry. However, the jaw plate that carries a relatively large workload is easily damaged due to long-term impact and strong resistance. Many users also need to frequently replace the movable and fixed jaws during use. So is there any way to solve this problem? Let's analyze it together.
Jaw crusher needs to replace the jaw plate, but it can no longer work normally or seriously affect normal work. Then this situation shows that the jaw plate is broken or worn seriously, and there are several reasons for the jaw plate wear.
1. There are disadvantages in the manufacture of the jaw plate of the jaw crusher. Generally, when casting the jaw plate, there are many pores on the plate. Some jaw plates can greatly reduce the existence of these pores through process treatment, while some jaw plates still have many pores, which will cause the jaw plates with more pores to lack durability. After long-term use, it is prone to severe deformation, bending or breakage, resulting in frequent replacement by users.
2. Jaw crusher mainly processes ore materials with compressive strength lower than 350 MPa. If the material with compressive strength exceeding this strength breaks for a long time, the jaw plate will also be subjected to greater impact pressure than itself, and long-term overload. Even jaws made of high-quality, very wear-resistant materials can break.
3. The fixed jaw of the jaw crusher is fixed, but the movable jaw needs to move back and forth. In this process, due to the violent movement of the movable jaw, the fixing bolts connecting the movable jaw are easily loosened or broken, causing the position of the movable jaw to shift, collide with other surrounding bracket baffles, and then break.
