Precautions

1.Be sure to add gear oil before the new feed granulator is used for the first time to prevent idling from wearing out the transmission parts.

2. Before starting the machine, add less material first, and then turn it on. When the machine is turned off, a little feed should be left in the machine to prevent the machine press roller from idling and contacting the grinding disc.

3. During the granulation process, it is strictly forbidden to contact the pressing roller and the template to idle, and the continuous feeding should not be too fast, not too slow, and not interrupted.

4. If there is no granulation and no material, the template should be removed, the blocked feed should be cleaned hole by hole, some fiber feed should be added appropriately, and the granulation should be restarted.

5. Regularly check the tightness of the screws in all parts of the machine. If there is oil leakage in the gearbox, replace the oil seal in time and check whether the bearing in the machine head is short of oil.

6. When the granulator is working, do not put your hand into the feeding port. If necessary, use a wooden stick to assist with feeding.

7. If the Feed Granulator is stuck during operation, stop the machine immediately, adjust the distance between the roller and the grinding disc, and then restart the machine.

8. After each work, the pressure roller bolts must be loosened.
