The granules are discharged from the die holes at the bottom of the machine and the granules are sent out of the machine through the slinger. The length of the pellets can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the cutter. The machine also realizes not to drive by v-belt, the machine is directly connected to the motor, avoiding the effect of belt slipping and crashing! 

The pellet mill is mainly suitable for medium and small scale farmers to process and produce various livestock, poultry and aquatic pellet feeds, which can reduce the cost of breeding. It can be used for raising rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, fish, pigs, aquatic products, etc.

Working principle

The particles are discharged from the die hole under the pressing of the pressing roller, and the particles are sent out of the machine through the scraping disc. The length of the particles can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the cutter.
