Biomass Carbonization Furnace Introduction
The biomass carbonization furnace adopts the good technology of recovering, purifying and circulating combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen produced during the charring process of materials.
That is, the Furnace solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the smoke produced by ordinary charring furnace in the process of charring, and solves the problem of heat energy required by charcoal machine equipment, fully achieving self-supply, continuity of equipment, economic type, making full use of agricultural and forestry residues, turning them into treasure, reducing the contradiction between supply and demand of forestry resources in China, and making more contribution to greening the environment.

Working principle
Biomass Carbonization Furnace mainly adopts the way of dry distillation charring, making full use of the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen produced in the charring process, and separating them through the flue gas purification system to separate the wood tar and wood acetic acid to get the combustible gases.
And then through the self-assigned wind burner for full combustion, to high-temperature charring pipe heating, this time, the temperature is generally controlled at about 600 °, the Biomass Carbonization Furnace has four layers of internal pipeline from top to bottom, the first and second layer for preheating drying pipeline, the third layer for low-temperature charring pipeline, the fourth layer for high-temperature charring pipeline.
The second layer has an exhaust pipe mainly to exclude water vapor, the pipe uses the residual heat in the furnace to dry the material, and the water vapor is discharged from the exhaust pipe.
The third and fourth layers are also set up with opposing combustible gas recovery channels. The charring pipeline charring materials, decomposition, then after the recovery pipeline, smoke purification system, fueler combustion on the pipeline heating, reciprocal cycle heating charring effect! The initial charring ignition gas source is supplied by the biomass gasifier.
