Product introduction

As the heat source of Small Carbonization Furnace in the early stage, the product heats and carbonizes the raw materials in the carbonization tank of the gasification type carbonization furnace: coal rods, logs, plates, bark, bamboo, etc.

All the flue gas generated in the carbonization process is recovered, and then through purification and other processes, the generated combustible gas is subjected to secondary combustion. In this way, the combustible gas produced by the body is used for combustion. 

There is no flue gas emission in the whole production process, which meets the requirements.

Shape structure

The small carbonization furnace is a horizontal cylinder and consists of five major parts: main furnace, carbonization tank, smoke recovery pipeline, smoke purification and treatment system, and carbon loading and unloading equipment.

1.Main furnace: It is composed of heating chamber, furnace body and thermal insulation layer.

2. Carbonization tank: It is a cylindrical tank composed of a tank body made of high temperature resistant steel plate and a sealing cover. In order to facilitate long-distance transportation, it can be assembled as a whole.

3. Smoke recovery pipeline: through the pipeline, the smoke generated when the carbonization tank containing logs is heated and carbonized in the main furnace (dry distillation) enters the purification device for cooling and purification, and after purification (flammable gas) is sent to the combustion chamber of the main furnace Combustion - air charring.

4: The purification device of small carbonization furnace is composed of a double-layer isolated U-shaped channel, the purpose of which is to drain and filter the tar before the smoke generated in the carbonization chamber is generated before the combustible gas is generated. The smoke produced in this way basically does not pollute the air, and most of it is water vapor.
